    Start each month by setting your intention with journaling exercises that support you in gaining clarity with your personal goals and gentle yoga practices to center.
  • Week 2: Mindful Practices
    Dive into somatic work, breathwork, and guided meditations that help you cultivate mindfulness and body awareness for nervous system health and release tension, center and ease stress.
  • Week 3: Mellow & Restorative
    Soothe your body and mind with restorative yoga, yin, and Reiki healing. Focus on deep relaxation, inner peace and grounding.
  • Week 4: Movement & Flow
    Energize your body through Pilates or power yoga, leaving you feeling strong.

I’m Alicia, a Reiki Master, yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, and Ayurveda Clinical Practitioner, dedicated to helping you restore balance and vitality. Through holistic self-care rituals, I guide you to reconnect with your heart, nurture your body, and align with your optimal wellbeing.
